The Opportunity

Scholarus is seeking a visionary, metrics-driven leader who thrives on scaling organizations and crafting ingenious sales strategies that fuel double-digit expansion. This role would report to the CEO and work closely with our COO, CFO, and SVP of

Professional Services. As the CRO, you’ll not only envision the grand scheme but also roll up your sleeves as a player/coach who can model the behavior you want to see in the team. You’ll sculpt a powerhouse team through strategic hiring, personalized guidance, and relentless coaching. The chosen CRO will take the helm of the sales and customer success endeavors, wielding full ownership and accountability. The CRO will sit on the executive leadership team as a collaborative force that looks beyond their “function” and takes ownership of the entire company’s needs.

Primary responsibilities:

  • Architect a sales model that not only drives revenue but also scales effortlessly
  • Attract, recruit, and develop top talent, motivate your team, and manage performance with KPIs you set and enforce
  • Fuel your team’s fire, set the bar high, and guide them in crushing their KPIs
  • Align with the CEO, delving into the realms of forecasting and reporting that resonates with the board members and investors alike
