Todd Hand
Founder & Managing Partner

Todd Hand is an executive search veteran of 25+ years, and his mission to modernize executive search led to the founding of Knowledge Leaders. He has successfully selected and placed executives within the education, technology and private equity arenas since 1994. He is also an avid gardener, fledgling guitar player and a two-time Ironman finisher residing in Arizona.

April Sarraille
Executive Director

April Sarraille works closely with clients and candidates alike to understand the nuances of companies, roles, and people.  April brings a high level of dedication and customer service to her work at Knowledge Leaders, resulting in successful placements. Companies meet goals, people advance their careers.

She spearheads the Women Knowledge Leaders networking group, connecting bright minds, and expanding the number of women presented for executive roles.

April assists with practice strategy and operations, which is a light lift given the experience and skillsets of those on the team.

She lives in Montana and takes full advantage to ease of access to outdoor activities.

Alison Thompson
Senior Executive Recruiter

Alison Thompson leads searches at the board and C-level across all sectors of for-profit education. Alison’s ability to understand business issues, and company culture, coupled with her track record of finding exceptional talent, has earned her a reputation as a trusted advisor to clients and candidates. Alison lives in San Francisco and likes to cook and hike in her spare time.

Peggy Williams
Senior Recruiter/Senior Researcher

Peggy Williams brings 20 years’ expertise as an accomplished EdTech and talent acquisitions leader to her relationship with clients seeking experienced and innovative C-Suite leadership.

Her experience in both large corporations and small start-ups gives her a unique lens into a variety of workplace environments and how each potential candidate can add value to a company’s culture with their unique skills and life experience.

She is a certified DEI recruiter and is DEI in her recruiting and sourcing and is consistently building the relationships necessary to discover talented people ready for their next opportunity.

Peggy travels regularly to the UK to visit her daughter, and she uses her spare time practicing her Mai Tai making skills and watching Columbo reruns.

Tasha White
Recruiter

Tasha White has the heart to serve and to be a voice to the voiceless.  She is a product of both private and public education and believes, unequivocally, in the value of education.

Tasha graduated from Tuskegee University with a social work degree. One of the many strengths she learned and perfected in school is the ability to truly listen. She has used these strengths throughout her career in the real estate industry and as she navigates her role as an elected school board member, small business owner and now recruiter with Knowledge Leaders.

She is a resident of Decatur, Georgia and is the mother to three fabulous human beings. She enjoys spending time with friends, gardening and singing.

Amy Marti
Business Development Manager

Amy Marti’s career spans over 25 years in Sales, Training and Development, Recruitment and Human Resources.   She supports all strategic and new business opportunities for the firm.

She comes to Knowledge Leaders with a background of providing excellent customer service.  Amy uses her passion for people to build long-lasting relationships with clients and candidates.

Amy chairs the local School Leadership Team comprised of parents, teachers, and administrators tasked with overseeing school operations and developing the School Improvement Plan.  Amy’s work is focused on eradicating disproportionality in the school system.  Her passion that equity and diversity in the classroom are paramount for learning, is one she shares with many Knowledge Leaders clients.

Amy has completed the Hogan Assessments Certification.  She is skilled in interpreting and sharing feedback on the Hogan personality suite of products.

Amy enjoys spending time with her husband and identical twin daughters.   They enjoy traveling, live music, Broadway shows, and an intense game of ping-pong.

Marian Hand
Chief Financial Officer

Marian Hand is an attorney licensed in MA, NH and NM who practiced commercial litigation in complex insurance and financial and banking cases.  Her outside interests include cooking, travel and yoga.
