Opportunity

Reporting to the New York Kids Club and Preschool board, the CEO will employ their  understanding of NYC, multi-unit, customer focused businesses, to grow revenue, improve operational excellence, create a solid financial structure, and increase brand recognition.

Primary responsibilities:

  • Increase profitability to pre-covid levels
  • Ensure that all areas of the company are primed to scale beyond pre-covid capacity
  • Hire a CFO and collaboratively establish KPIs and budget
  • Create a repeatable business model that can be expanded throughout northeast and ultimately across the US
  • Foster a culture of excellence, growth, and continuous improvement

Ideal Candidate

You have an entrepreneurial mindset with experience leading, building, and growing companies; a top-line revenue generator with previous P&L leadership experience. You have successfully led multi unit businesses in New York, and have the ability to create a successful, repeatable business model for expanding the Kids Club and Preschool into the northeast and beyond.

You should have the following skill sets:

  • Experience creating a strategic roadmap to increase profitability
  • The presence to inspire and energize staff at all levels of an organization
  • Experience hiring, developing, and leading a strong finance team
  • High EQ with the ability to communicate effectively to a disparate group of stakeholders
  • Ability to work with high accountability to a supportive board

 Compensation will include salary, performance bonus, and equity

 Must live in the New York area or be able to commute their on a regular basis
