Opportunity

Part of the executive team and reporting directly to the CEO, the Head of Marketing will lead all aspects of the marketing function. They will partner with the executive leadership team to develop and execute on a rebranding of the Learning.com story; positioning the organization as the thought leader in technology integration among states, schools, teachers, parents, and students.

Primary responsibilities:

  • Lead all brand marketing functions including creative, content, agency partnerships, and delivery
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns, programs, agency contributions, and be accountable for performance in achieving growth objectives
  • Own KPI reporting of all marketing metrics and insights, driving insights across the full marketing funnel
  • Attract, develop, and retain a group of high performing marketing professionals
  • Dynamic member of the executive leadership team who can amplify the culture of Learning.com and contribute actionable strategies to grow the impact of Learning.com solutions

Ideal Candidate

You are a marketing executive with the ability to manage the entire marketing life cycle. Analytical and data-driven in your decision-making, you are a skilled and versatile leader with the ability to balance strategic planning with the development and nurturing of your team.

You should have the following experiences and skill sets:

  • Proven track record of transforming a brand identity and weaving a brand story through all aspects of company communication and collateral
  • Experience in identifying influencers, and crafting messaging that speaks to their specific interests via their preferred platform
  • Ability to monitor and analyze brand performance metrics, such as brand awareness, brand equity, and customer perception
  • Use data-driven insights to optimize all marketing strategies and identify areas for improvement
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally, establishing a symbiotic relationship with sales leader
