Opportunity
Part of the executive team and reporting directly to the CEO, the VP of People Performance & DEI, will lead all aspects of the HR function. They will partner with the executive leadership team to define, develop and execute an organizational framework that supports and sustains a high performing, fast-paced culture preserving the key elements that make Learning.com such a special place to work and grow.
Primary responsibilities:
- Apply expert knowledge in organizational assessment and design while developing, implementing, and evaluating change management programs
- Develop a strategy for the alignment of employees with roles that leverage their strengths and development goals
- Build a culture of excellence, accountability, and diversity, while retaining the culture that makes Learning.com a truly unique and wonderful place to work
- Ensure that all HR processes and initiatives focus on creating a high-performing, diverse team of employees committed to driving growth and impact
Ideal Candidate
You are a Human Resources executive with the ability to manage the entire employee life cycle as well leading a strategy for change management throughout the organization that aligns with the growth goals of the company and develops an expertly skilled, committed, and diverse workforce.
You should have the following experiences and skill sets:
- Track record of developing and leading organizational design initiatives within a fast-growing company
- Demonstrated experience leading the entire organization through successful change management at every level
- Experience designing and implementing job structures, defining roles and responsibilities to align with business strategies and goals
- Proven ability to foster a work environment where trust and transparency are prioritized, enhancing employee engagement
- Expertise in making data-driven decisions that optimize all HR functions and processes
- The ability to expand your focus beyond HR to collaborate with the executive team towards key strategy and growth goals
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally, and establishing a symbiotic relationship with the CEO
