Opportunity

Reporting to the Chief Growth Officer, the VP of Clinical Partnerships will lead and drive the clinical sales team to achieve revenue growth and market expansion within the PreK-12 education sector. This role focuses on developing and executing strategic sales plans, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, and ensuring customer satisfaction with Riverside Insights’ suite of assessment solutions and services.

Primary responsibilities:

  • Create and implement a go to market strategy that successfully converts existing customers to Woodcock Johnson V
  • Achieve growth goals for cross-sell and new business for all clinical solutions
  • Build an effective and efficient revenue operations and customer analytics function that supports sales execution
  • Deploy sales execution plans that drive increased revenue and pipeline
  • Partner with the CGO to establish best practices around tools and process across the clinical sales team

 Ideal Candidate

You currently work or have worked in a sales leadership role within a K-12 SaaS business. You have a track record of motivating, measuring, driving, and expanding sales through innovative vision and strategic analysis. You are a player-coach who can model behavior for their team and drive the use of tools and process that ensure your ability to forecast accurately, and measure your team’s success.

You should have the following experiences and skill sets:

  • Experience driving significant revenue growth across a portfolio of products
  • Success leading go-to-market strategies for both renewals and new business
  • Track record of converting customers to digital solutions
  • Practiced at creating data driven, market-based sales plans and ensuring the execution of those plans
  • Experience leading, motivating, hiring, and holding accountable, a high performing team of sales professionals
  • Understanding of the nuances of selling SPED solutions into districts is desirable
