Opportunity
The Director of K-12 Partnerships opportunity at Kyo offers a unique chance to shape and scale the company’s partnerships with school districts and other education providers. Reporting to the Chief Growth Officer, the Director will be responsible for expanding Kyo’s impact in the K-12 market by deepening existing relationships, establishing new district partnerships, and formalizing the sales and account management approach.
- Drive Referrals for Services: Generate student referrals from school district partners by deepening trust, demonstrating program effectiveness, and positioning Kyo as a high-quality, responsive provider of autism therapy services.
- Own District Account Management: Act as the primary point of contact for school district clients, overseeing all aspects of the account relationship. Schedule and lead regular check-ins to share program outcomes, troubleshoot challenges, and identify opportunities to serve additional students.
- Build Multi-Level District Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships across multiple layers within district organizations—including special education directors, site administrators, and principals—to increase visibility, responsiveness, and long-term engagement.
- Expand and Diversify the District Portfolio: Grow Kyo’s school customer base by proactively identifying and onboarding new district partners while ensuring the referral pipeline is not overly reliant on a small number of schools.
- Formalize Sales and Account Management Processes: Lead the creation of a systematic, scalable sales and account management playbook tailored to the education sector. Define outreach cadence, refine messaging, map stakeholders, and establish performance tracking to improve consistency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with clinical and marketing teams to ensure a unified voice when engaging districts. Align sales messaging with service capabilities and support the development of materials that communicate Kyo’s value clearly and compellingly.
